Now owns 2 × 10T medium frequency furnace casting line, 30T electric furnace, LF, VOD, VC casting line, 2T-30T Electro-slag remelting equipment, 3T, 5T electro-hydraulic hammer, 800t fast forging unit, 1600T free forging press unit, 4000t free forging press unit, CNC machine tools, heat treatment line and other major equipment, leading products: steel castings, VD steel ingots, cold roll steel, hot work die steel, cold work die steel, plastic die steel, alloy structural steel, gear steel and other steel ingots Electro-slag remelting ingot and forging billet.
Scientific research strength
The main quality testing equipment includes direct reading spectrometers produced by OBLF company in Germany, German Spark direct reading spectrometers, metallographic microscopes, ultrasonic flaw detectors, mechanical testing and other testing equipment. It can produce 10000 tons of steel castings, 20000 tons of VD steel ingots, more than 50000 tons of electroslag steel, and more than 50000 tons of various high-quality special steel, Tool steel, die steel, forging materials and forgings, with specifications ranging from φ 50-1000mm, with a maximum length of up to 15 meters, the product is widely used in various industries such as petroleum, shipbuilding, locomotives, metallurgy, etc.

The products are sold to over 20 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions across the country and exported to countries and regions such as Southeast Asia, India, the Middle East, Europe, and South America.
